Keystoned ("we", "us", "our") operates keystoned.app — a World of Warcraft character tier list tool. For privacy questions, contact us at legal@keystoned.app.
When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL. We do not receive your password or email address.
You may add character names, realms, and regions to your guild roster — this data is stored so the service can function.
We also store guild names, invite codes, and webhook URLs that you configure.
Vercel (our host) and Supabase (our database) may log standard server data such as IP addresses and request timestamps for operational purposes.
We use your data solely to provide the Keystoned service: displaying tier lists, refreshing character data from Raider.io, and posting tier lists to your Discord channel on your schedule.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than operating the service.
Raider.io — Character performance data (item level, Mythic+ score) is fetched from Raider.io's public API. This data is publicly available and governed by Raider.io's own terms.
Supabase — Our database provider. Data is stored on their infrastructure.
Vercel — Our hosting provider.
Google AdSense — If you consent to advertising cookies, Google may serve personalised ads and use cookies in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
Discord — Authentication is handled via Discord OAuth. Discord's privacy policy applies to the sign-in process.
Essential cookies: We use a session cookie set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function and does not require consent.
Advertising cookies (optional): If you choose "Accept All" in our cookie banner, Google AdSense may set cookies to serve personalised advertisements. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and selecting "Essential Only" on your next visit.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") • Object to processing • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email us at legal@keystoned.app. We will respond within 30 days.
To delete your account and all associated data (characters, guilds, memberships), email us at legal@keystoned.app with the subject "Data deletion request". We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.
Your data is stored and processed in the United States via Vercel and Supabase infrastructure. By using Keystoned, you acknowledge this transfer.
Keystoned is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page will always reflect the latest revision. Continued use of Keystoned after changes constitutes acceptance.
